Refund and Replacement Policy
At Neelakkachil , we take great care in preparing and packing our homemade food products such as Flakes, pickles, and other natural items. Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, we offer a replacement in the following situations:
- Damaged Product
If the product is received in a damaged condition (such as a broken bottle or leaking package). - Wrong Product Delivered
If the product delivered is different from the item you ordered. - Quality Issue
If there is a genuine quality problem with the product.
Replacement Request
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photos or videos of the product and package.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
Please note:
Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Products that have been used or consumed are not eligible for replacement.
