Shipping policy
1.Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–7 working days.
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Customers will receive an order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods
We use the following courier services for delivery:
India Post
DTDC
The courier service will be selected based on availability and delivery location.
3. Delivery Time
Within Kerala: 2–5 working days after order processing
Outside Kerala (within India): 4–8 working days after order processing
Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Neelakkachil is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Tracking Information
Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
Customers can track their shipment through the respective courier website.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If the package is received damaged, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo or unboxing video proof may be required.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
7. Incorrect Address
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
